Truck Driver in NY Crash that left 4 dead Pleads not Guilty, says Brooklyn car accident attorney

Brooklyn car accident attorney recently addressed a press conference during which he clarified that the driver of the pickup truck involved in the accident was found not guilty of trying to walk away from the accident scene after crashing into a limousine and killing four people.

Romeo, a 55 year old business who happens to be the co owner of Romeo Dimon Marine Service and hails from Southold was arraigned on a misdemeanor charge. His attorney however, was quick to come to his defense denying any statements that his client made any attempts to flee the accident scene. Meanwhile, police are continuing with their investigations. Details emerging indicate that: at around 5:15 pm on Saturday, Romeo was driving in a Red pickup truck that was west bound on country road 48 that was when he crashed into a black limo which was trying to make a U-turn at the corner of Depot lane a few minutes after it had left Vineyard 48.

David Wexler (fox new daily) flowers were laid at the intersection of Depot lane and route 48 in Cutchogue Sunday morning a few hours after the deadly crash that left four dead. According to reports, there are four young and lovely women who lost their lives in the tragic accident. Fortunately four others managed to survive though they are reported to have suffered terrible trauma besides they bodily drama.

While Romeo was nursing his minor injuries elsewhere in Eastern Long Island Hospital situated in Greenport, investigators on his case established that this was his first arrest for driving under the influence. Police also came out to say that they have for a while now been issuing summons to limo drivers who seem reckless on the roads blocking traffic in the process.

Later on, the police brought back Romeo to the crash scene and administered a field sobriety test results which have not yet been released. It is reported that the dead have been identified as: Lauren Baruch, 24, Amy R. Grabina, 23, Stephanie Belli, 23 and Brittany M. Schulman, 23. Those who sustained injuries in the crash have been identified as Joelle Dimonte, 25, of Elwood, Alicia Arundel, 24, of Setauket, Olga Lipets, 24, of Brooklyn and Melissa Angela Crai, 23, of Scarsdale.

Though Brooklyn car accident attorney admits that it is a tight squeeze for a limo required to make a wide turn to head west (taking into consideration where accident scene) there is no deny that Romeo was also in the process of being sued for work place death though authorities claim that the case has no criminal basis hence should not be linked to the ongoing case. The victims on the other hand received a lot of praise for acting responsibly by choosing to hire a limo having known that they would be driving and driving around.

Till now, it is still not clear whether Romeo is guilty of trying to flee the accident scene as it has also emerged that he stayed back and recorded a statement with the police who were first at the scene in accordance with the law.
