Scapa 'Gordon & MacPhail' 2005 / 2018 43% Region:Highland The 'Double Cask' is FinishedDistilled in 2005 at the remote Scapa distillery in the Orkney isles, this bottling from Gordon & MacPhail is a classic example of the sweet, fruity and delicate style. Starting with vanilla, cooked apples and touches of ripe tropical fruit (banana, pineapple, kiwifruit), it builds to a creamy and green apple flavour on the palate. The finish is warmed with pepper spice and a note of dark chocolate and herbal, gorse and bracken notes.
