Tasting Note Pale in the glass with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose opens with citrus, apple and a gently toasty edge. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with crisp orchard fruit, a creamy mousse and a clean, elegant finish. Bright enough for an aperitif, but with enough texture to work well at the table.
